Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets HA Hypoallergenic Puppy Adult Dry Dog Food

I have been buying this dog food for some years, but recently the packaging has changed to a plastic bag. This seems like a retro move as plastic is not the best option for environmental reasons. And quite a lot of the food is arriving broken or even powdered. Other than this, the service is as reliable as ever, very good.

I have bought food for my dog for quite a few months now from this company and have never been let down. Kept up to date as to delivery and always arrived on time. Great that you can delay an order and I have found everything to do with this company has been great.

My frenchie has gastrointestinal problems that we were not aware of, this food was recommended by the vet, as he tends to gobble his food down him we blend the biscuits and mix with water he loves it

Bought this on recommendation of my vet and it solved my dog's stomach and bowel problems within 8 weeks. Now he can have these biscuits and a bit of chicken or fish but if any problem occurs I put him back on the biscuits only and he is much better within 24 hours.

This is amazing food for animals with allergies. my dog is allergic to so many things from potatoes to grasses and this food works great and keeps the itching at bay.

I only recently bought this food for my dog as he has started having problems with his digestion. So far so good, it does take a while to see for sure but it seems fine at the moment. It is quite expensive though.

I had a Jack Russell with itchy feet and an English Bull X with flatulence. Both problems solved by feeding exclusively with this food (no treats) - it's not either dogs favourite food but they are eating it. It's been 3 months now so about to begin introducing treats, one at a time, to assess tolerance.

After many many months of different foods and antibiotics our vet recommend this food and after a few days toilet great,she loves the taste and we have found in our case we have to give less than the recommended amount as a well built staffie was increasing in size by the day .great food and at this price not expensive for what you use ,only bad thing is the lab loves it too and tries to steal it at every opportunity and he's on fresh meat so shows how appetising it is (or how greedy labs are) seriously can't praise this food enough it's turned out staffies life around

Our vet has put our dog on a restricted diet - just this. I was a bit worried at first as it seems so plain but she loves it and having read all the reviews I am in no doubt that within a few weeks she will reap the benefits and her skin will stop itching dramatically if not totally then almost. She is also on Yumega Itchy Dog oil every morning and Piriton twice a day - poor thing but am hoping to be able to wean her off the piriton. Anyhow have an appointment with the vet in six weeks to discuss and see how she is doing.

My 8 month puppy has recently undergone surgery for a liver shunt. Prior to surgery he was on a well known hepatic diet but wasn't putting on weight. This diet was recommended by veterinary surgeon and puppy now doing well and gaining weight.
