Butchers tins delivery

Product and price was great. Packaging was terrible. Cartons of tins packed in boxes far too large resulted in many packs being split open. Only about 6 cans damaged but usable out of 13 packs of 24 cans but a lot of work getting everything unpacked and put away. Hermes delivered it with all thrown in the back of an estate car.

Brilliant product but poor packaging

I ordered 3 lots of 24 tins. Each pack of 24 came in its own massive box. Once I took them out of the box, the tins were all dented, some beyond being able to open them. It was the same with each 24 pack. The butchers grain free is a lovely product and my puppy loves it. We mix it with puppy complete dried food and she hasn't had a stomach upset since.

I think this is the best there is for puppies.

Have tried other brands but Butchers is by far the best for many reasons. Pups love it, no upset tummy’s, economical. Would only use Butchers.

Brilliant for busy world

I ordered my puppy food online both wet and dry great price and with delivery on a Sunday. With the amount I buy there is no way I could have lifted that myself. 5 packs of 24 tins butchers puppy and 12kg Arden grange. Goid food great value for money.
