Returns

Please email us at: returns@petwell.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will then issue a unique Returns Merchant Authorisation number (RMA) and ask you to return the product unopened and in good condition to the returns address. All returns will be processed within 2 business days of the return request being received, usually on the same day.

*Please note - due to regulatory law, we cannot accept returns of any medication including NFA-VPS licensed products

Returning your item without a valid RMA

Returning your item without a valid RMA will delay your returned item being processed. Please ensure you include your original packing slip, that the item is in its original condition and unopened. We suggest you obtain proof of postage from your post office for peace of mind.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued on the item value (less any shipping charges) the same day your returned order is processed via the same payment method (either credit / debit card or PayPal) and can take several working days depending on your bank clearing time.
