Delivery Methods

At Petwell we offer 2 types of products that have different shipping rates:

Regular Products

• Orders over £29 of "regular" products receive FREE SHIPPING
• Orders under £29 incur a £2.99 shipping charge
• Express Tracked (1-3 Day) and Premium Tracked (1 Day) shipping options available at checkout
• "Regular" products are highlighted blue on the basket page  

Shipping Included Products

• No shipping charges at checkout.
• Not counted towards free shipping for "regular" products over £29.
• "Shipping included" products are easy to spot, they have an orange ‘Shipping Included’ sticker placed on the top of the product and are highlighted orange on the basket page
• Sent separately via Standard (3-5 Day) shipping service

**PLEASE NOTE** - Shipping included products can only be sent via a standard service (3-5 day) - Express and Premium Tracked services at checkout only apply to Regular products

 

 

**Estimated delivery time from when the order is despatched (orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days)

**(Working days for delivery are classed as Monday - Friday and couriers do not usually deliver on Saturday or Sunday)

 

Highlands & Islands

Deliveries to the following locations and postcodes on orders over 2Kg incur an extra £4.99 courier charge. (there is no extra charge for UK mainland orders over 2Kg)

Premium tracked (1 day) delivery is not available

Channel Islands - GY, JE
Isle of Man – IM
Isles of Scilly – TR
Isle of Wight – PO
Northern Ireland - BT
Northern Scotland - AB, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH
Scottish Offshore Islands - HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE

Europe

Unfortunately, we cannot currently deliver outside of the British Isles

Who will deliver your parcel?

We operate with a variety of delivery agents, these include, but are not limited to, Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, Yodel and other postal delivery services in your area.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Most orders are despatched within 1-2 working days. Once despatched, the estimated shipping times are:

• Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) 
• Express Tracked (1-3 Working Days)
• Premium Tracked (1 Working Day)

Standard Delivery orders take between 3-5 working days to arrive and can in extraordinary cases take 7-10 business days.  If your shipment is taking longer than expected please kindly allow 10 working days from the day of despatch. If your item doesn't arrive after 10 business days, please contact us via our Help & Support Centre.

Express & Premium Tracked orders are fully trackable and require a signature on delivery. A tracking number and link to the courier's website will be displayed on your shipping confirmation email. (Please note couriers do not usually deliver on Saturday or Sunday)
