Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic + Mobility Weight Management Adult/Senior Dry Dog Food with Chicken

I give this food to my 10 years old dog to maintain his weight and support his joints and it appears to work. It is easy to calculate the correct amount to feed daily, both for weight loss and weight maintainance.

I buy this based on my bets recommendation and have done for a couple of years

Recommended by my vet, my old English sheepdog loves them. I took him off these biscuits for two weeks, he started limping again. Back on the biscuits and he is doing just fine.

Unfortunately my dog doesn’t seem to like it ,it’s smells quite meaty and look fresh . But it’s not for him.

I stumbled on Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic & Mobility by accident. I neighbour bought it for his labrador of advancing years and he wouldn't touch it. Our labrador was having some joint and mobility issues at the same time - even though he is only six - and the vet couldn't find the problem. We tried him on Hill's Prescription Diet Metabolic & Mobility and within a couple of weeks he was bounding round like a puppy. He will even eat this before a treat like a fresh marrow bone! We will keep him on it as long as we can keep up with him! It also works out cheaper than some other premium brand foods as he doesn't need so much to keep him going I would say it's good value for money.

I’m really pleased with the food I ordered for my dog as he suffers with arthritis & the food really helps him also the delivery was brilliant it came the next day.

My elderly golden retriever had lost some weight on the Metabolic diet but seemed to have hit a plateau and his arthritic paws were bad too.The vet suggested I try the Metabolic and Mobility and I have been delighted.This food seemed to jump start his metabolism and he was far more sprighlty and energetic. He has now lost a good amount of weight and I am considering keeping him on this for maintanance as he enjoys it and it certainly agrees with him.Although expensive I think it is worth having a much happier and healthier dog

I can't recommend this product highly enough for no-fuss weight loss for our Black lab (loves food) and our Golden Retriever (fussy eater!). The addition of some hot water to release the flavour has revolutionised how our GR eats....... truly amazing. Our Lab is at target having lost 6kg and our GR has 0.5kg to go to reach her 6kg. We will continue on this food for maintenance as well. We are so proud of them both :-)

I use this regularly and it is perfect for my retriever who has mobility issues and whom I need to keep trim.

Well 4 weeks into her weight regime and being really strict with regards to treats, she has lost nearly a kilo. So great progress in a short period, she still has 3 or so kilos to go but this food certainly seems to be working. A slow introduction to the food over a period of a week, but she has taken to the new food. You will also notice a difference in your dogs poo, much firmer due to the fibre content, so easier to pick up.

The vet said that this food works - but the dog wont eat it so I cant tell if it works or not! Shes a fussy lab and i am currently spoon feeding it to her mixed with cheese and ham!

My elderly Labrador was overweight and had problems with her joints. I have been using this product for almost a year, she is almost a normal weight now and her mobility has improved dramatically.

I bought this product a few times however ny dog didnt like it when he finally eats it,it fills him up it's only just a bit cheaper than pets at home but when the offers pop up it's great. Delivery can be hit and miss sometimes as I've had them not turn up but when they do they are always on time

I started my dog on this food six months ago after he had a leg injury and had to lose weight 3kg and it made him so much more active and within three months he lost that weight and now he is maintaining it and do much happier in himself. Highly recommend .

My very hungry Mini Schnauzer has been on this for years now and her weight has been about the same - vet's happy for her to still eat her treats, and after so long she's still looking forward to her bowl.
