Every care has been taken by Petwell.co.uk during the preparation of the content of this website to ensure that it is accurate at the time of publication. Particular attention has been paid to the descriptions of all the products featured on the website to ensure they are accurate and to ensure that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publication.

Orders are accepted only on the understanding that there are no material errors in the product descriptions and/or prices as advertised on the Petwell.co.uk website. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

This is either a requirement of law or to enable us to undertake the services requested from us.

Data is only available to, and is limited by requirement, to those who specifically require this data to undertake the following; Processing and delivery of your order, provide customer support, Process your order in an efficient manner, help prevent fraudulent transactions, ensure your pet’s medicine is correct administered in accordance to the law, open and run your account and personalise your website experience.
Categories of the data being processed; Any third countries data are transferred to and safeguards that are in place; We may on occasion pass your details to 3rd parties for the purposes of; Product fulfilment (i.e. to enable couriers and postal operators to deliver your goods), Marketing, legal requests (i.e. from government bodies) or for other legitimate purposes as required. We vet all of our 3rd party suppliers and ensure that your data is safe in line with our internal policy.
Period of data retention; Your data is stored securely with us and kept for a period in line with legal requirements and/or subject to your interaction with Petwell.co.uk.
The individuals’ rights: access, correction, withdrawal of consent, erasure and portability; You are entitled to update any of your personal information by logging into your account and manage your marketing preference by opting out of marketing emails. You can also request any information we hold about you, ask us to update any information, as us to remove your account or object to the processing of your personal information. Ordering errors

Order cancellations

Nor do they apply to damages that arise from death and personal injury resulting from acts of fraud on the part of Petwell.co.uk or any of its agents or employees. All disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by, and be construed in accordance with Guernsey Law. Where any provision of a disclaimer or exclusion is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about the quality of a veterinary medicine, please contact us in the first instance for immediate assistance via our help centre
However, if you feel that we haven’t resolved your complaint satisfactory, you can contact the VMD; postmaster@vmd.defra.gsi.gov.uk. 

Please note that the VMD will only consider complaints regarding veterinary medicines, not about service, delivery, costs and non‐medicinal products.
Adverse reactions to a medicinal products
Some adverse effects are known about and these are explained in the products SPC. Others that may only rarely occur or are specific for certain breeds or groups of animals which may only be seen when the products are used more widely.
